Any music recommendations? What stuff are you into?

I recently "discovered" Radiohead. Well, re-discovered - I already knew I'd love them, I just needed some time to get used to Yorke's voice... and an album that was easier to get into than OK Computer (don't get me wrong, it's my favourite now but first 5 times I listened to it I just didn't understand what the fuss was about) - that turned out to be The Bends (Street Spirit is probably still my favourite Radiohead song).
My favourite band for the past ~5 years has been Muse, I never found another band I liked every song of. Well, HB, of course, but they've only got 1 album so far. My point is: I'm liking the high-pitched male singers, haha. Coldplay as well. "Lis Er Stille" is a bit like Muse, but way more prog-ish and almost post-rock.

Well this post is getting kinda chaotic, I'll just write some genres/bands I like below, maybe you'll find some you like and maybe you can give me some recommendations based on this? I'm up for new genres as well, just no trance/dance/hardcore/rap/hip-hop/r&b please =)

Heh, the vocalist of Giant Drag has a similar voice (and singing style) as Juanita. Good recommendation. I've heard most of the other ones you recommended (apart from 2/3 bands) but I'll recheck some. Thanks - for the trouble for looking for links as well.

Indeed it is - Chutes Too Narrow and Oh, Inverted World are easily their best CD's. Can't really get into the new one, Wincing The Night Away.

I'll give this thread a better read through (and actually check the bands out) but where is this interview? I'll definitely check out her favourite 6 ones ;D I just gave Chutes Too Narrow and it's definitely the best Shins album, I'll get it soon.

Oh and Kid A kicks ass too, but it's just too hard to pick a favourite Radiohead album ;D Apart from The Bends they all had to grow on me. And I didn't/don't like Pablo Honey.
