If you do a google search for
Howling Bells Live on JTV-DTV 03-31-2007
and
Howling Bells Live at the Wireless FM 04-16-2007
you will find a number of links where you can apparently download the above - for a fee. One of the download sites even has a couple of 'saucy' pictures in the accompanying ads.
Does anyone have any experience of these sorts of download sites? Are they safe? Alternatively, does anyone know any trustworthy sites where we might be able to download them?
If the Wireless FM thing really exists I don't know where or when it comes from. April 16th 2007 was a free day when they were supporting The Killers in the USA.

I've never had any experience with them, so I don't know. My security center gave the site a green light, which means it should be safe. EDIT: Does anyone else find it strange that they would play Austin on the 13th, play Baton Rouge the following night and then drive all the way back to Dallas to play on the 15th only to drive back the other way to play in Florida after that? EDIT2: Are you sure they played in Baton Rouge? I just looked up The Killers tour schedule and it has nothing for them in between Austin and Tampa. I don't think they did because logistically it's just too odd.

It's tempting but I don't think I'll bother. Don't want my credit card used to pay for somebody's trekking holiday to Machu Picchu.
Edit - No I'm not certain those dates are right. I must have got it from somewhere, but can't remember where. If you've found a more likely list of dates for The Killers tour I'd be very grateful to know so I can correct it. Quite often different sources give different information so you have to guess which one is right.
But you're right. I didn't look so closely at the schedule I had but, on reflection, it does seem a bit too much 'this way and that' travelling.

Here's some links that list the tour dates: www.soundchronicle.com/concert-news/the-killers-spring-2007-north-american-tour breesays.buzznet.com/user/journal/105540/killers-spring-tour-dates/ www.nowpublic.com/killers_2007_spring_u_s_tour Looking at some of those venues they played on that tour leaves me scratching my head. They played, The Staples Center, Sundome, Madison Square Garden, Tweeter Center, which are all really big & nice places, but then they play, The Val Air Ballroom in West Des Moines which is a dump! Really bad sound, and very lax security. Snoop Dogg was there last year, and I walked right in the backdoor their past a security guard, without even paying to get in. (Backup)(Backup)(Backup)
