Juanita and Joel did an interview with Stephen Ferris of Sydney's fbi 94.5FM Radio around midnight UK time last night. They also played an acoustic version of The Faith. You can download it here (mp3, approx 23mins, 32MB): www.megaupload.com/?d=229KH93J

Here is Stephen Ferris FBi interview. Not quite certain if the background noise is from the broadcast end or my end but me have bean getting lots of interference lately on me compu'er, so that could be it. Probably both tho. Session should be podcast here at a later date, hopefully in a superior quality. (Pic courtesy of Sandra Waibl)Thanks for your service blade, but if you would've clicked on the picture you would have discovered I already posted the interview session. Also, what you didn't realize was that FBi internet radio is broadcast at 64 kbps in AAC+ format, just as it's displayed right here, and the proper setting for an audio capture at this bit rate should be double this, which is 128 kbps. That's the setting I used. You encoded with a bit rate of 192 kbps. Not much difference, but rule of thumb is however many the number of kbps one plans to capture from a digital radio broadcast, the magic number is double. So if it's broadcast at 48 kbps the magic number is 96 kbps, broadcast at 96 kbps and the number is 192 kbps, & on and on. Anymore than this and the only thing you are achieving is bloating the size of your file. Sure, it's swell that you left the two album tracks that bracketed the live interview session, but if I'm going to listen to Into the Sky or Secrets, it's not going to be on an AAC+ converted to MP3 digitally broadcast radio file that is plagued with underlying transmission garble. It added another seven minutes and consequently at 31.8 MB more than doubled the size of my file, which is 14.9 MB. Not tryin' to be a hater... just sayin'. Oh yeah, and thanks for not replying at all to my pm the other day telling you to undo my moderator status as I won't be needing it because I'm shipping out in January. I for sure thought you would have responded with a "take care", "hey, be safe" or something similar... hah, still the same ol' blade.
