Click here to see Treasure Hunt, Digital Hearts & Cities Burning Down. Some of the best footage I've ever seen of the Howling Bells. www.thejdset.co.uk/home.aspxClick on the Howling Bells and then the video tab. Anyone know how to save it to a file ? (Orbit downloader dosen't capture it) Click on the Gallery tab as well for some fantastic photo's.

Thanks for that! It's great! I am not that technologically advanced, but I'm sure someone on the board will be able to!

I don't think you'll need to capture it...isn't it coming on C4 soon?

I've just tried converting it and it seems to be a different format to youtube flv so it didn't work. Might try some other software.
Lee has posted on another thread that it will be broadcast on Channel 4 on Friday May 1st and usually the JD Set has interviews too, so hopefully the TV programme will be a bit more than shown here.
I don't quite get the grainy, sort of black and white/pale colour scheme though.

I've uploaded two flash video files for anyone who wants them. I thought about converting to avi but the results were massive files with no quality advantage. It's better if you just download the player software if you don't already have it. Just google for "Applian flv player". It's a small innocent player that you will find comes in very handy! First file is the Howling Bells JD Set: www.sendspace.com/file/dmyy8nSecond file is the Joy Formidable JD Set: www.sendspace.com/file/17bzakAs already mentioned there are no interviews in these clips, so I'll keep an eye out for Channel 4 screening.

Thanks very much! I would be interested to know how you captured the files too as my media catcher doesn't work with these types of files. Thanks Rob

Don't forget tonight (or, to be more accurate, early Saturday morning), Channel 4, 00.10am to 00.30am!

Where will Howling Bells be in three years' time?
"Sardinia!"
Good answer!
