xanthein is too modest to promote his own website so I'll do it. He covers several other bands as well but the Howling Bells bit is the best archive material I've seen about the band anywhere (better than Wikipedia). The discography is an excellent reference source. I do have an ulterior motive here too because the kind fellow has now included a link to my Howling Bells ultimate gig history (for which I still keep finding new information) so give www.xanthein.co.uk a good old browse.....

Wait, there are instrumental versions of Radio Wars tracks?! Does anyone have them...? There was a two disc "Chrysalis Music Group USA" thing a while ago on eBay - one disc was the 10 track promo and the other disc was instrumental versions. The one copy came and went and I've not seen one mentioned since anywhere. I'm assuming nobody on here bought it ?
