The Cities Burning Down cd arrived two days after purchase (cost three quid). You can certainly tell the difference after only listening to mp3 before - the proper recording is more 'full bodied', if you know what I mean.
The promo sticker on the back has Brendan and Joel swapping instruments, and apparently the new album is called "Radio War".
Suitably encouraged by the prompt service I have now bought a promo of Into the Chaos for one whole English pound!

but yes I really do recommend Vinyl Exchange - been buying Garbage promos from them for years now - never had a problem.
Bought a few HB things from there too actually
