New albums by Depeche Mode, Recoil, Radiohead, Manics, Howling Bells, Fever Ray, Sonic Youth, Placebo, Bat For Lashes, Napalm Death, White Rose Movement, Asobi Seksu, Tori Amos, My Bloody Valentine.............
That's just 14 new albums pretty much confirmed for this year and without much thought by me. I'm sure there are others screaming at me that my brain has forgotten for now.
It's going to be a great (and expensive!) 12 months.

Radiohead? I doubt it, but if it happens... man... that would make the year, music-wise.
Howling Bells, obviously. Metric. Franz Ferdinand - it already leaked, it's great. Placebo. One eskimO. Decemberists. Evermore. Spinnerette. Mew, probably. Maps, probably. And if a new Muse album comes out, this will be the greatest year ever (especially combined with Radiohead...).
Also looking forward to some really mainstream stuff like Arctic Monkeys and Green Day.

Howling Bells and Placebo!!! And I had no idea Bat For lashes were bringing a new one out, I'm sure that will be good.
Yeah Yeah Yeahs and PJ Harvey too if they are coming out this year.
Although I'm not a huge fan of Green Day I'll be interested to hear what the marvelous Mr. Butch Vig (whom I'm missing dearly post Garbage hiatus) brings to their music.
