....and don't worry because it's so small. If you rip it from the page you'll find it's actually a much nicer 600x337 H264-encoded MP4 Video: MPEG4 Video (H264) 600x337 [/b] great quality - deep crisp colours (her jacket looks amazing!), some great band shots to contrast with the intentionally cheesy back projection work and wolves, bikes, fire.............AND THOSE EYES ! Oh...my....goodness, doesn't she look incredible with those lashes when she looks direct into the camera! Between that and the lovely last second thing I'm loving the track even more. Heck, I'm even getting used to Glenn without his hat - that's how good it is ;D

Didn't have time to comment earlier as I was on my way out but I can only echo everything Carpathian has just said..... those lashes! I can't stop watching this.
And Juanita makes that "five+three" sign that I keep banging on about. I'd love to know what it means. She said in that interview on that Belgian website that it was something very personal so it'll remain a mystery I guess.

Wow...thanks for the heads up! Overall, I really love the production and everything of the video..and yes, those lashes are something. I as a female would like to know how she got that look ("false eyelashes" perhaps ) The ending it nice to--I like the little "yay!" Juanita does when she throws her hands up before the camera cuts off.

Brilliant video - I know this isn't saying much but it's up there with the best video of 2009 so far (IMO) - Fever Ray - If I Had A Heart (definitely worth checking out). I personally don't like the eyelashes, they're a bit over-the-top, but absolutely love the part after "dreamt of rising water" - she looks into the camera, goes "this city's falling down on me" and... well, if looks could kill I'd be dead. Easily the best music video they've done so far.

I think it's the best video they've done too - Blessed Night was previously the best one.
What more can anybody tell us about Fever Ray? I've just checked their/her website and myspace page and that's the only song there, album due out shortly. They/she are from Sweden, that's all I can gather. That's a good sign, as it's the country that's produced The Cardigans, Sophie Zelmani, The Sounds and Lykke Li.

As for Fever Ray, I only found that video yesterday but apparently it's Karin Andersson's new project. I'm not sure if it's my cup of tea and I already have loads of atmospheric music but I'll give the album a shot when it's out (apparently it's already been released as MP3 on several websites).

Who said the Cities Burning Down 7" would be on red vinyl? Not me, I said orange for fire. From the website it looks as though red could be it.....

Well, after the half-hearted website this now proves how little care the label has for the band. - they can't even be bothered to type the title for the video and instead just leave it as the filename. After all, the titles not important - right?

I don't think the label or the band have anything to do with the youtube video (the filename is the same as from the official website ("Cities Final")), but the website is rather naff, as it still mentions the Mercury Rev tour, not the upcoming one, and also does not mention that Cities Burning Down is the next single and is available from.......

I thought the YouTube 'channel' was the official label one, judging by the name and content featured?
