Yay! Cool! Yeah, the double disc version should be out now, so get that one if you're into extras. But watch Firefly first if you get the chance, as it comes before the film

Saw No Country For Old Men the other day, which seems totally suited to HB's sound....desolate, dry landscapes...dusty back roads...unfamiliar territory...dangerous strangers....it all seemed to fit in with the atmosphere of their music.

Cool! Please do! I do prefer the TV series however. Maybe it's because there's more of it???

lol actually watching Firefly atm - my ex got me to see the pilot and Serenity (good film cannot remember a bit of it but I'll re watch when Im done with the show).
Love the cast even if I've never heard of half of them before - was drawn to it as I'm a huuuge Buffy/Angel fan and being that Nathan Fillion (the evil Caleb in Buffy Series 7), Gina Torres (Jasmine in Series 4 of Angel) and Adam Baldwin (another darn evil guy Marcus Hamilton in Series 5 Angel) had made appearances in Whedon's previous creations.

Having gotten Serenity for my birthday from a work colleague its just great - I think you can watch it as a stand alone film but you do miss out on all the detail about the character's histories and their relationships with each other.
