Great! Did anyone notice too, that Juanita says Cities burning down will probably be their single after Into the Chaos?

Yeah, I heard that too. I thought that was kind of strange though, considering that the song has been around for quite a while. I was thinking "Treasure Hunt" could be the possible second, before I heard her mention that.

Hmm... well, 'Cities Burning Down' has always been a favourite of the band (they do play it at virtually every show), so it makes sense that they want to get it out there. I guess it seems odd to us 'cause we're long-time fans, but the whole point of singles is to promote the band. We should be more interested in the b-sides. ;D When I first heard "Cities.." I couldn't help but wonder why it wasn't on their debut album in the first place. I guess it's good that they finally have the chance to show it in the way of a single release. That's probably my favorite Bells song (alright, well, maybe top 3, can't really choose a favorite), and I always thought it deserved some sort of exposure. It just threw me off hearing that because I was anxious to hear another new song before the album's release

The first time I heard "Cities Burning Down" was in May '06 when they played in Derby, except that then the song was called "This City's Burning" and it became a b-side on "Wishing Stone", along with "The Wild", which is also good. I, too, wondered why it wasn't on the first album cos it's a great song. Maybe it was written and recorded too late to make the cut first time around?

It really is a great song. I love the new version of it too--actually, all the versions of it are great, but I like the bit of spoken word going on towards the end.
